All Children's and Youth volunteers or workers are all trained through Nazarene Safe and background checked.
Leslie hansen - youth director
Leslie was born and raised in Mapleton, Utah where she also met her husband, Spencer. Together they have raised 7 children, 4 boys and 3 girls. Leslie started working in children's ministry when she was nineteen and has continued to work with children and youth throughout her life. Currently she is the youth director at Newberg Nazarene and enjoys watching the youth grow in their faith. Our hope at Newberg Naz is to partner with parents and the congregation to help our youth grow a faith in Jesus Christ that will last a lifetime. We offer Sunday school for youth at 9:30 am as well as 2 activities per month after church.
